Our company feels it is important that internet services have an internet connection which is live.

VoIP is easier to maintain then traditional switching phone service with a cable modem for DSL, unless someone needs to be continuously online and then your need a DSL connection maintained by a router.

While the customer should contact the provider immediately should a problem come up to get immediate support.  However if still in the VoIP decision stag and you need some advice or for us to answer some questions we are here to assist you.  Feel free to contact me for help and i will try to reply w/i 24 hours.
